CBO to Launch a Newsletter, “CBO’s Quarter in Review”

On Wednesday, January 10, the Congressional Budget Office will launch CBO’s Quarter in Review. This quarterly newsletter will provide a convenient roundup of CBO’s most recent publications and cost estimates. Readers can quickly look for publications by topic and for cost estimates of bills by the name of the House or Senate committee that approved the legislation. The newsletter will be a companion to CBO’s quarterly Work in Progress reports, which offer a summary of both recent publications and those scheduled to be released in the coming months. The next edition, CBO’s Recent Publications and Work in Progress as of December 31, 2023, will be released on January 10, 2024, at 2 p.m. The newsletter’s release will follow soon after.

To receive notifications about recent CBO publications, including the newsletter, scroll down to the bottom of this page and submit your email address under “Stay Connected.”

We are always looking for ways to improve how we communicate about our work. If you have any feedback about our newsletter, email us at [email protected].

Leigh Angres is CBO’s Director of Legislative Affairs. Julia Heinzel is an analyst at CBO.
