Established in 2022, the URF successfully attracts investments not only for the physical reconstruction of facilities, but also for the creation of a solid infrastructure that will become the basis for economic growth and social stability. The main areas of activity include the restoration of residential and social facilities, including schools, kindergartens, and medical institutions.
